Can you work within our school or university programme?
Yes. We build the event plan around your academic calendar, institutional traditions and internal approval process. Your team confirms the academic content, student details, permissions and institutional requirements.
Can you coordinate a ceremony and a separate reception?
Yes. We can connect the ceremony, family photographs, hospitality and any awards or guest reception in one running order, with the agreed venue, supplier and guest-flow arrangements.
What do you need for an initial quotation?
Share the event type, date, venue or location, estimated students and guests, budget range and the support you need. A draft programme or previous event brief is helpful, if available.
