This business unit allows clients to source all event-related accessories and branded merchandise directly through us — ensuring consistent quality, design harmony, and timely delivery
We ensure that every event, exhibition, or Production we manage is executed safely, sustainably, and in full alignment with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the wider GCC region.

HEALTH, SAFETY & ENVIRONMENT (HSE)
Safety is at the heart of every build, installation, and event operation we manage. Our teams are trained to uphold rigorous safety measures across venues, construction areas, and live event environments.
HSE PRACTICES INCLUDE:
- Mandatory use of certified, fire-rated materials in all constructions
- Compliance with venue and Civil Defense safety protocols
- Designated Health and Safety Officer for on-site supervision
- Crowd control, emergency exits, and evacuation route planning
- Regular equipment inspection and pre-event testing
- Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) for all technical staff
REGULATORY COMPLIANCE
ESAC Events operates in full compliance with Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development (ADDED) licensing laws, as well as all federal and emirate-level event regulations.
We coordinate closely with relevant authorities to secure all necessary permits and approvals for each event or exhibition.

- Event and exhibition permits (DCT Abu Dhabi, SCEGA, or GEA as
applicable) - Labor and workforce compliance under MOHRE regulations
- Venue approvals and Civil Defense certification
- Customs and logistics documentation for imported materials
